Look no further than The Galbraith, a 217-unit multifamily property in Downtown Dallas. With a nearly even split of affordable and market rate units, affordable housing is now available in the Central Business District. It even includes a daycare and early childhood development center to help ensure our younger residents have every opportunity to thrive.

Adaptive reuse is another area of focus. By utilizing existing infrastructure and buildings, and saving raw materials in the process, we’re able to conserve open space and reduce carbon emissions. The Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel is a noteworthy example. Certified LEED Gold, this project benefitted from recycled building materials, irrigation supplied by recycled water, water-saving fixtures, guest room energy management systems, and more. Our LEED Gold renovation of CANVAS Hotel Dallas is another success story. Included on the NPS Registry for buildings of historic significance, the building’s contemporary design blends seamlessly with its historic character, creating an inspired and eco-friendly world-class hotel.
