Bowie Wynne serves as Asset Manager at Matthews Southwest, where he will focus on optimizing the performance of our assets located in The Cedars Neighborhood and South Side area of Dallas, Texas, including Alamo Drafthouse, Gilley’s, CANVAS Hotel Dallas, South Side on Lamar, South Side Studios, and more.

Prior to joining Matthews Southwest, Bowie was with Prescott Group, where he was involved in investor relations, capital raising, and marketing activities for strategic partnerships and co-mingled fund initiatives. Before Prescott Group, Bowie was with Stonegate Capital Partners, where he facilitated capital markets advisory services for private and public companies, focusing on building and maintaining institutional ownership.

Bowie graduated from Southern Methodist University with an MBA and from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
